We're tenured beef experts here to help you & answer your culinary questions about beef! During our virtual cooking classes, we'll cover all the basics, cook with different cuts of beef, and try flavors from around the world. Grab your apron & join us (virtually) in the kitchen!
Here's how it works:
1. We hold a class once a month, and will announce the date of the class a month before it happens. Registration links for each monthly class will go live on this page 2 weeks PRIOR to the class date. Please only sign up if you intend to participate in the class.
2. We will send an ingredient list & equipment list on the Friday BEFORE each class date to allow enough time to pick up supplies.
3. On the morning of class, a Zoom link will be sent to all participants. At 6pm CST, join us virtually from your kitchen & we'll cook together!
4. Attend 6 of the 12 cooking classes and be entered for a chance to win a culinary prize pack, including Lodge Cast Iron cookware!
