We're tenured beef experts here to help you & answer your culinary questions about beef! During our virtual cooking club meet-ups, we'll cover all the basics, cook with different cuts of beef, and try flavors from around the world. Grab your apron & join us (virtually) in the kitchen!
Here's how it works:
1. Class will be held EVERY second Tuesday of each month. Registration links for each monthly class will go live 2 weeks PRIOR to the class date. Please only sign up if you intend to participate in the class.
2. We will send an ingredient list & equipment list on the Friday BEFORE each class date to allow enough time to pick up supplies.
3. On the morning of class, a Zoom link will be sent to all participants. At 6pm CST, join us virtually from your kitchen & we'll cook together!
4. Attend 6 of the 12 cooking club meet-ups and be entered for a chance to win a culinary prize pack, including Lodge Cast Iron cookware!
